Holywell Booking Officer

Wadham College, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is looking to recruit a permanent, part time Holywell Music Room Booking Officer into the Accommodation, Sales and Events team.

This post supports the Head of Accommodation, Sales & Events in managing the bookings of Wadham’s infamous Holywell Music Room. The post holder will manage all events held in the Music Room from the initial enquiry to post event follow up along with managing relationships with stakeholders.

Salary: £26,707 - £30,378 per annum (discretionary to £33,002 per annum) pro rata for part time, depending on qualifications and experience. Grade 4 of the University Salary Scale. In addition, Wadham College also pays full-time staff a further £1,730 Oxford Weighting per annum which will also be pro rata for part time

This role involves a high level of liaison with people at all levels such as College Fellows,
support staff, students and external clients as well as focusing on administrative tasks and data
inputting. The post holder will need to have experience of events within a music venue,
experience in a sales focused environment, administrative skills, excellent communications skills
and IT skills.

Part time: 20 hours a week, normally Monday to Friday.
There may be occasional bank holidays and/or weekend working.
