As a Cardiac Physiologist you will;
Undertake a full range of complex electrophysiology procedures and ablations within our highly equipped cath lab, using Carto mapping system, Cryoablation, and Lab pro system.
Support the lead physiologist with CRM implants and follow up service.
Alongside the physiologist lead, to develop protocols and procedures to meet local and national requirements.
Ensure accurate clinical records are maintained in accordance with professional, statutory and organisational guidelines
Provide clinical supervision in line with statutory requirements.
To succeed as a Cardiac Physiologist you will;
Be currently be registered with the RCCP or equivalent as a Clinical Physiologist.
Hold a BTEC ONC and HNC Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement and / or BSc Clinical Science /Physiology or equivalent experience.
As required for RCCP registration; you will also have a valid Immediate Life Support certificate.
Hold accreditation in IBHRE (EP) / previous NASPE / BHRS (EP) accreditations.
To hold a current ILS certificate - on site training can be given.
