Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week)
Location: Home working predominantly with the option to work from various co-working locations. The role will also require occasional travel to other locations (mainly North East) to attend meetings and events.
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract*
*We are currently seeking continued funding to extend the programme, including this role.
Health & Wellbeing Coordinator
About the Role
VONNE is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to support engagement, involvement and collaboration between VCSE organisations, health and care commissioners and providers, and health-related research organisations across the North East and North Cumbria.
This exciting and varied role sits within VONNE's respected Health and Wellbeing Team and will support programmes that strengthen relationships between the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector, health and care systems, and research partners. The role contributes to our shared ambition of improving health and wellbeing outcomes across the region.
Working alongside colleagues across the Health and Wellbeing Team, you will help coordinate programmes and activities that enable meaningful collaboration, promote VCSE integration within health and care systems, and support engagement at local, regional and national levels.
