Head of Student Care
We are seeking to appoint two new Head of Student Care positions to support our exemplary Senior School pastoral provision here at Notre Dame School.
Our commitment to supporting our children's pastoral needs plays a fundamental role across our whole school, from Prep School to Sixth Form.
We have a comprehensive programme for supporting our children, a dedicated pastoral centre, a wide-ranging catalogue of equipment and interventions, and a whole-staff approach to helping our children succeed.
These are brand-new roles for us, cementing our commitment to pastoral care for our Senior School Students. These roles are akin to Heads of Year Roles.
There are two positions:
Lower School - Years 7-9
Upper School - Years 10-11
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who will play a crucial role in leading and fostering success in the provision.
You will be an accomplished and driven leader and people person with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for inspiring a love of learning in young people.
Whilst applications from people with educational backgrounds would be advantageous, we would welcome applications from any candidates with pastoral or leadership backgrounds who believe they could succeed in these roles.
In return, we can offer a competitive salary, industry-leading benefits and excellent sporting facilities, set in the heart of 26 areas of beautiful, rural Surrey parkland.
