About the job

The Head of Strength and Conditioning is responsible for leading the design, delivery and evaluation of physical preparation across the professional men’s squad, Academy, player pathway and Tier 2 women. Working as part of an multidisciplinary science and medicine team, the postholder will create an evidence-informed, player-centred programme that supports performance, physical preparation, athletic development, injury prevention, and return-to-performance practices.

Do you have 3 years experience working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach or similar Performance Role within a professional sporting environment?
