Head of Services - Derbyshire Based

The Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a leading provider of psychosocial recovery services?

We are seeking a passionate, committed, experienced manager to take on a strategic role for our future service delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is a strategic operational management role overseeing psychosocial substance use services. The role will be based in Derbyshire, with some requirement to go outside of Derbyshire as part of the role.

One of the key elements of the role will be to develop effective relationships with commissioners, healthcare partners and other key stakeholders, along with ensuring that there is clear management and leadership for the business unit. Data reporting, budget and contract management will also be a key responsibility for the postholder, as well as feeding into and contributing to the wider operations of the organisation, including a requirement to lead on business development opportunities.

About You

• Strong leadership skills with experience of leading high performing services.
• An ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passionate and enthusiastic about making a real difference to the lives of the people we support
• Determined, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.
