As the new Head of School, you will be a visible leader who inspires confidence across the school community. Reporting to the Trust CEO and working closely with governors, you will shape and deliver a bold educational vision rooted in the Academy’s values. In this role you will:

Lead with values at the heart championing supportive, tolerant, resilient and visionary leadership, and embedding integrity and excellence in every aspect of school life.

Drive academic and personal development ensuring all students flourish through a rich curriculum that encourages high expectations, love of learning and lifelong potential.

Build a culture of inclusion and belonging nurturing respectful relationships across staff, pupils, families and the wider community, recognising that every member of the school matters.

Develop exceptional teams attracting, growing and retaining talented colleagues who share the Academy’s commitment to character and achievement.

Engage the community strengthening partnerships with parents and stakeholders to enhance the learning experience and deepen Heron Hall’s local impact.
