Salary | £44,365 – £48,269 FTE

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for you to join our award winning charity in the role of Head of Programmes and Development. You will form part of the Senior Leadership Team and be accountable to the Chief Executive Officer.
Taking responsibility for our Evolve strand of work, which currently focuses on Youth Work, Employment Support, Homelessness Prevention, Workforce development & training, Counselling, and Peer parenting support, the candidate will successfully manage and sustain these programme achieving enhanced outcomes for the community, whilst also embracing and progressing emerging community wellbeing needs through community development opportunities.

SafeSpace Support Worker
30 hour roles | Varied shifts, on a 28 day rota

SCP 5-6: £26,158 – 26,162, per annum, pro rata
About Us
We are a specialist provider of Ofsted-registered supported accommodation for young people aged 16–21, including care leavers and those experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Our service operates in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, delivering safe, high-quality supported accommodation alongside trauma-informed, person-centred support.
Through our provision we aim to empower young people to develop independence, resilience and positive futures through a nurturing and structured environment.

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our SafeSpace team, there are roles available at SafeSpace Pendle in Nelson and SafeSpace Hyndburn in Accrington. You will work directly with young people in a supported accommodation setting, providing practical and emotional support to help them develop the skills needed for independent living.
You will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive environment while ensuring the service meets Ofsted standards, safeguarding responsibilities and regulatory requirements.
