ACS International Schools is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing and Digital to lead a high-impact function at the heart of our organisation.
This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering a forward-thinking marketing and digital strategy that drives enrolment, strengthens retention, and elevates the ACS brand across a competitive international schools market.
Working closely with the Director of Operations, CEO, Heads of School and Admissions leadership, you will bring both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to ensure marketing performance aligns with ambitious growth targets.

The Role
You will lead and inspire the Marketing and Digital teams, ensuring all activity is insight-driven, results-focused and aligned to business objectives. With digital at the core of modern marketing success, you will champion innovation, embed best practice, and build sustainable in-house capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Leadership
- Develop and deliver a three-year marketing strategy aligned to growth opportunities across ACS schools.
- Contribute to enrolment forecasting in partnership with Admissions and the Director of Operations.
- Lead media planning, campaigns and brand positioning across all schools.
- Oversee the delivery of local marketing plans, including CRM, social media, open days and community outreach.
- Ensure compelling, competitive messaging that supports enrolment targets.
- Lead the planning and execution of open events and recruitment-facing activities.
- Drive cross-school collaboration, consistency and sharing of best practice.
- Oversee parent survey insights and translate findings into meaningful action.
- Support targeted initiatives including expat engagement and bursary promotion.
Digital Strategy & Delivery
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership of digital marketing across all platforms.
- Oversee and evolve the ACS website, ensuring performance, usability and brand alignment.
- Lead paid digital campaigns aligned to enrolment priorities.
- Manage key platforms including CRM, CMS and analytics tools.
- Deliver a cohesive, high-quality content strategy across digital channels.
- Translate technical insights into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
- Build internal capability and reduce reliance on external agencies.
PR & Communications
- Lead the ACS PR strategy and manage external agency relationships.
- Drive proactive local and national PR activity.
- Support crisis communications in collaboration with senior leadership.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing marketing and digital team.
- Line manage the Marketing Administrator/Coordinator.
- Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective planning and ROI.
- Drive robust reporting, analysis and performance tracking.

Essential requirements:
- Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Proven success in marketing strategy, campaign delivery and media planning.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms and systems.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience overseeing PR and communications activity.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM, CMS, analytics and paid media platforms.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
- Experience building internal capability and reducing reliance on external suppliers.
- Understanding of the independent or international education sector.
