Head of Marketing

This is an extremely exciting opportunity as we approach our 50th anniversary, to play a leading role at the Torch Theatre. Building on our current and past successes, we are looking for a Head of Marketing with a mindset for innovation to help us refine and deliver our commitments to creativity, our communities and improved resilience.

We are looking for a creative leader who will drive improvements, deliver audience-focused campaigns and actively seek opportunities to make positive change.

As a member of the Torch’s Senior Management Team (SMT), you will help ensure that the Torch operates as a sustainable and successful business, as well as being artistically bold and ambitious. You will champion our organisational values in a culture that is inclusive, collaborative, safe and supportive, and that promotes the Welsh language.

The position is permanent and full time with an annual salary of £35,000

Following the first interview, successful candidates will be invited to a second interview on either Tuesday, 7th April or Wednesday 8th April 2026.
