Working across Cumbria
The Diocese of Carlisle is looking for somebody who will work across Cumbria to:
-develop and implement our approach to resourcing local ministry deployment
-lead extensive dialogue between Diocesan leadership and the local church to agree new and sustainable ministry patterns and levels of giving
-negotiate associated funding partnerships with the local church
-integrate the Code of Fundraising practice into our processes
-develop and monitor the Diocesan stewardship/giving strategy and oversee stewardship support
This is a full-time position, but we will consider applications from candidates wishing to work on a job share or part-time basis. Applications are welcome from ordained and lay applicants.
Salary: £50,703 pa and generous pension. Flexible working.
