We are seeking an Inspirational, Innovative and Strategic Head of Futures to lead and develop a coherent, ambitious and forward-thinking programme. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring every pupil is equipped with the knowledge of the UCAS Process, Apprenticeships and Universities, as well as the confidence and experiences to make informed and ambitious decisions about their future.

• Early Years & Prep (Ages 4-11) – Aspirations & Awareness
• Senior School (Ages 11-16) – Exploration & Experience
• Sixth Form (Ages 16-19) – Preparation and Transition
• Development of the World of Work (WoW) Programme
• Round Square Coordination
• Financial Literacy
• Volunteering, Service and Outreach

We require someone with a strong strategic and proactive approach, with experience in careers education, progression or post -16/18 guidance. Strong knowledge of UK progression routes, including University and Apprenticeships. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as experience working with young people in an educational context. Experience in an independent school preferred.
