Head of Estates

The Head of Estates will provide senior operational leadership and drive compliance and consistency of process across Estates management including: health and safety, sustainability reporting, and fleet management across LTC Education Group’s schools including line management of the Estates Manager at each school.

This is a new role due to growth. Essentials for this role include:

• Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Estates Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Surveying or related fields. NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum). Membership of relevant professional body e.g. RICS CIOB In depth knowledge of estates and compliance legislation. Full Clean U.K. driver’s licence.
• Proven experience of senior estates management across multiple sites including fleet & transport compliance, management of managers, management of statutory compliance frameworks, collation and presentation of governance reports, energy & utilities data, budgets & contracts.
• Strategic mindset, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation.

This is a full time, 52 week a year role based at LVS Ascot. We offer a competitive salary & benefits.
