This is an important appointment for us and an exciting prospect for the right person who will be part of a unique educational environment. The successful candidate will be a well-qualified and enthusiastic individual with the ability to lead a strong academic team and would, ideally, have experience of managing or leading others. They will be required to teach throughout all years in the school, including to Oxbridge-entry standard.
