The Role
As a result of continued growth, we are pleased to be recruiting for a Head of Client Delivery - Outsourced Finance to join our Leeds office.
We are seeking a highly organised, driven and adaptable individual to play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Outsourced Finance and Fractional FD offering.
This is a unique, dual-focus role combining client-facing, chargeable delivery with internal operational leadership. The successful candidate will act as the connective tissue across the team, ensuring consistency, accountability, and operational excellence, while also delivering value directly to clients.
The main elements of this role will include:
- Acting as a central point of coordination across the Outsourced Finance team, ensuring alignment of priorities and delivery standards
- Driving accountability against agreed goals, supporting team members to meet performance and client delivery expectations
- Implementing and maintaining consistent ways of working, including: standardised processes and reporting frameworks, resource planning and utilisation oversights, and internal communications
- Taking ownership (or having significant influence) over team utilisation and capacity planning
- Ensuring an appropriate balance between chargeable delivery, internal priorities and strategic initiatives
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a dependable and professional point of contact
- Supporting with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into service
