Growing Assistant
15 hours per week (2 days) working on Mondays and Fridays.

Bath City Farm is seeking a Growing Assistant to join our dedicated staff team. We are looking for someone who has great knowledge and skills in market gardening and regenerative horticulture practices with the ability to carry out horticultural tasks efficiently and productively.
Working as part of the Growing Team, you will carry out a wide range of horticultural activities within the polytunnels, market garden, orchards and forest garden, helping to maximise the supply of fresh produce for the Farm cafe, shop and external customers. You will also support the supply and delivery of retail products produced by the Farm.

Hours: 15 hours/week 9am to 5pm Monday and Friday

Salary: FTE Salary £26,243 (£10,497 for 15 hours/week)
