Brentwood Senior School is an academically selective HMC co-educational independent school with small class sizes and a happy, ambitious and supportive staff team. It is part of Brentwood School, a 3-18 HMC school of 1900 pupils, just 35 minutes from London Liverpool Street.

We are seeking a Graduate Assistant – Sport (Football specialist), ideal for those considering a career in teaching or looking to develop professional skills while working with students.

Working closely with the Head of Football, you’ll play a key role in delivering an extensive and successful football programme. Responsibilities include supporting training sessions, fixtures, and administration, while helping students of all abilities enjoy and excel in the sport. Candidates should bring strong playing and coaching experience, with additional skills such as video analysis and the ability to contribute to summer sports (athletics, cricket, or tennis) seen as a bonus.

Beyond football, you’ll gain valuable experience across the wider school, including teaching support, pastoral care, and co-curricular involvement. With opportunities to work across both Senior and Prep School levels, contribute to a tutor group, and engage in house activities, this role offers a well-rounded introduction to education within a school that prides itself on sporting excellence, inclusivity, and national-level success.
