We are seeking a Graduate Assistant in Drama, ideal for those considering a career in teaching or looking to develop professional skills while working with students. This role offers a supportive, high-quality environment, with a primary focus on Drama and opportunities to gain experience within the Dance Department.
The successful candidate will contribute to the co-curricular Drama programme, supporting rehearsals and coaching students in performance skills. Depending on experience, there will be opportunities to assist with or lead activities such as Dance, set design, and production support. Within the classroom, Graduate Assistants mentor students, support group work, and gradually progress from team teaching to leading lessons independently.
Based mainly in the Senior School, the role also includes time in the Prep School, working across Drama, Dance, and Music to develop a broad understanding of education from ages 3–18. Graduate Assistants are involved in pastoral care through a tutor group and are assigned to a House, contributing fully to school life.
