Be part of Viewpoint’s governance journey, making housing work better.

Are you someone who thrives on detail, brings calm to complexity and understands why good governance really matters? Viewpoint Housing Association, an organisation providing housing and care, is looking for a Governance and Compliance Officer to play a key role at the heart of our organisation, supporting our Board, Executive Team and the wider governance arrangements. This is an opportunity to strengthen assurance, support good decision-making and contribute to the effective running of a Registered Social Landlord and Scottish Charity.

This is a varied and meaningful role for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity. Alongside supporting governance, compliance, complaints, FOI, GDPR and Subject Access Request processes, you will also help shape how we improve communication by creating and managing content for our corporate social media platforms. Good governance changes how organisations work, you will be close to the decisions, assurance and improvements that help us deliver high-quality housing, care and support services.

If you are organised, curious, confident with detail and passionate about ensuring we communicate well with our customers, we would love to hear from you.

28 hours per week – days and times are flexible, although attendance at key meetings will be required. We will be as flexible as possible, while recognising that some meeting dates and governance deadlines cannot be moved.
