Are you an experienced frontline leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and supporting people to achieve positive outcomes?

We're looking for a Supervisor to provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to our frontline teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our services are accessible, safe, compliant and focused on making a real difference to the people and communities we serve.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee service delivery, support staff and volunteers, drive quality standards and help ensure that client insights inform wider organisational learning and campaigns.
