We’re looking for a Generalist Adviser (or Trainee) to join our team.
Why This Role Matters:
As part of our team, you won’t just give advice — you’ll empower people to take control of their lives, challenge unfair systems, and build a fairer future for our communities.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Provide practical, life-changing advice across areas like:
-
Money and budgeting
-
Welfare benefits and income maximisation
-
Housing and employment
-
Energy, consumer issues and more
-
Support clients via phone, face-to-face appointments, and community outreach
-
Help clients complete forms, challenge decisions, and navigate complex systems
-
Work alongside a collaborative team of advisers and volunteers
-
Contribute to campaigns that challenge unfair policies and systems
-
This is hands-on, meaningful work where your expertise will have a direct impact every single day.
