As General Manager you will inspire and lead a dynamic team of staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience at Wealden Community Sports Hub which is due to open Summer 2026. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for the organisation, operations, and delivery of services at Wealden Community Sports Hub. This includes overseeing staff performance, customer service, bookings, administration, financial management, and facility standards.
