We are looking for a skilled and motivated Gardener to join our dedicated team, working within a stunning and historic College environment.
Reporting to the Head Gardener and Deputy Head Gardener, this is a key role in maintaining and developing our gardens to the highest standards to be enjoyed by students, staff, and visitors to the College.
This is a varied and practical role where skills and enthusiasm will truly make an impact.
Duties include:
• Lawn mowing and turf maintenance
• Hedge cutting and brush cutting
• Greenhouse work and plant care
• Maintaining borders – digging, hoeing, planting, and pruning
• Leaf clearing and seasonal garden tasks
• Safe use of ladders and garden equipment
• Operating and caring for a wide range of horticultural machinery
• Supporting and mentoring an apprentice gardener where appropriate
