Garden Centre – Gift & Department Supervisor

Location: Cramlington

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per year depending on experience

Hours: Full Time (inc weekends)

We are seeking to employ a full-time supervisor to work within our Gift & Furniture and Christmas departments. The success candidate will join our passionate team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision
• Processing deliveries of stock
• Visual Merchandising
• Excellent customer service
• Driving sales
• Stock control
• Relevant health & safety checks

Person Specification:

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion to learn about new products
• Confidence to answer product specific customer enquiries
• Ability to motivate, train and coach team members
• Experience of EPOS and Microsoft systems
