Gambling Prevention Practitioner
The Gambling Prevention Practitioner will play a key role in preventing gambling-related harm by delivering targeted, trauma-informed awareness, early-intervention, and prevention activities. The postholder will work collaboratively with women, communities, partner organisations and internal teams to reduce stigma, normalise conversations about gambling, and identify risk at an early stage—before harm escalates.
This role is focused on prevention and early identification, rather than clinical or specialist treatment, and will be embedded across a range of existing support pathways.
There a 2 positions available for this role, one will be Blackburn based, the other will be Preston & Blackpool based.

Salary: SP25 £27,779.19 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: 2 years
Location: Blackburn, Preston & Blackpool
