Make your work count! Could you be our next Fundraising & Lottery Administrator?

We're looking for an organised and detail-focused administrator to join our Fundraising team. This varied role supports the day-to-day administration of our lottery, fundraising and legacy activities, helping to generate vital income for the hospice.

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing payments, supporting weekly lottery operations, responding to supporter enquiries and providing excellent administrative support across the team.

What you'll bring

You'll have strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data, systems and financial information. You'll be a great communicator, committed to providing excellent supporter care and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

Experience in administration, finance, customer service or database management would be advantageous.

You will be driven by our cause and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a close team – to deliver on our strategy takes real teamwork, energy and passion, and no two days are ever the same.
