Location: Flexible - UK - Hybrid working with the expectation to attend our central Bath office (minimum 2 days per month).
Contract type: Fixed term – 12 months
Salary: £24,750 Pro-Rata, Per annum
Hours: Part time 30 hrs per week (4 days per week with flexibility for the right candidate).

About the Role
Join our Fundraising Intelligence team and play a key role in powering Ripple Effect’s fundraising success. Support our fundraising by researching new funding opportunities, strengthening supporter relationships that will help to grow Ripple Effect’s impact.
This function drives impact with high quality research and intelligence that opens the door to new funding opportunities, strengthens supporter relationships, and helps us meet our ambitious income goals.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and motivated to support fundraising through high quality research and insight. You’ll be confident managing multiple tasks at once, comfortable working to deadlines, and able to adapt when priorities shift. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and present information in a concise, user friendly way.
You’ll bring a curious mindset, and you’ll have excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to your work. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Teams and Outlook is beneficial. We’re also looking for someone who can handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgement, and who thrives when collaborating with colleagues across teams and countries.
