As a Fulfilment Administrator, you’ll play a key part in making sure every item we send out makes a positive difference. You’ll bring energy and organisation to a busy, friendly team, helping to process orders, keep stock running smoothly, and support colleagues and volunteers to deliver great service. Each day offers variety, purpose, and the chance to contribute to work that directly supports our mission.   • Processing orders with accuracy and care to support timely fulfilment.
  • Preparing and packing items to agreed standards.
  • Keeping stock records up to date and reporting any issues.
  • Working closely with colleagues and volunteers to maintain smooth operations.
  • Responding to queries and providing clear, friendly communication.
  • Supporting continuous improvement by suggesting practical changes.
  • Strong attention to detail when processing information.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Confidence using basic IT systems and updating records.
  • Ability to organise work effectively and manage competing tasks.
  • A positive, flexible, and solutions‑focused approach.
  • Any experience in fulfilment, stock control, or administration would be desirable.
