Front of House/Reception Assistant
We currently have a Maternity Cover Vacancy up to 12 months (6 months probation period) for a Front of House/Reception Assistant position at Meridian Leisure Centre.
The post holder will be expected to perform the below tasks of high quality in accordance with Magna Vitae’s Mission, Vision and Core Values as detailed in the company’s Business Plan.
• Handle customer enquires in a friendly professional manner
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Promote and sell a range of memberships offers and products
• Carry out administrative tasks using platforms such as outlook and excel
• Respond daily to customer emails
• Answer customer phone calls

Potential candidates must possess a relevant professional governing body Level 3 qualification or equivalent in: Exercise Referral, Health & Fitness, Personal Training. At least one ETM class instructor qualification or a willingness to achieve these.
Excellent customer care skills, the ability to work as part of a team, great organisational skills ensuring that all staff, facilities & equipment are clean, safe, well presented and functional at all times of operation are essential.
