Front of House / Lifeguard

Job Type: Permanent Part-Time | Salary: £12.71 per hour
Rota: 4-week rolling rota , 30 hours a week
As a Front of House / Lifeguard, you are friendly, approachable, and a great listener. You are also calm and confident-potentially you could save a life, and you will help keep people safe. You are caring and enjoy helping others to visit the centre and stay active, but you are also comfortable being in control of the pool and challenging inappropriate behaviour.
You’re not the type to be unapproachable, provide poor advice, or panic under pressure. The role isn’t Baywatch; you don't just sit and watch. You can perform a rescue, deliver first aid, and have difficult conversations with customers, while also ensuring they return with a smile. You enjoy taking action and want to resolve customer queries while providing safe supervision of customers in poolside locations. You will be given a regular pattern of working hours and the opportunity to progress via one of our fabulous training opportunities.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualifiedor have the ability to pass the course.

Ideally, you will have experience in a customer-facing role, however, we can provide training and qualifications for the right candidate.
