Job Title: X 1 Flexible Support Worker Location: Flexible Community Support (FCS) team in various locations across Royal Borough Greenwich Services Contract Type: Permanent Hourly Rate / Salary: £27,080 per annum Reports to: FCS Manager and Deputy ManagerThis role involves supporting clients within the community to support them on their individual recovery path. offering flexible assistance for individuals with enduring mental health needs on a 7-day shift rota. The focus is on guiding clients through their recovery journey over a , helping them set and achieve their goals, become more self-reliant, and reduce their dependence on medical interventions and hospitalisations. The role also includes providing outcome-focused support, addressing dual diagnosis issues, managing housing-related aspects, and collaborating across various services and sites as needed.
