As Fitness Manager at our corporate gym, you will bring a strong background in fitness delivery alongside proven experience leading and developing high‑performing teams. You will be qualified to CIMSPA Practitioner level (or equivalent), with experience delivering and overseeing engaging fitness and studio programmes.
You will have a demonstrable track record of driving personal training revenue, delivering high‑quality fitness programmes for individuals and groups, and operating successfully within a commercial and governance‑led environment.
As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager at our gym, you’ve previously worked as a personal or fitness trainer with experience of managing a small or large team. You’re qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level and you bring studio experience. You also have a track record of driving PT revenue as well as designing effective fitness programmes for groups and individuals.
As a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager, you will:

Take on a commercial role that spans management, governance and sales of major services.

Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.

Be responsible for organising and implementing our class timetables.

Oversee our fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.

Continually improve site standards and develop ways to drive team performance.

Drive, develop and support your team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.
Role requirements, what you will bring:

Proven experience in fitness management and/or personal training, within a commercial or corporate environment

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, influence and develop others

Strong commercial awareness, with experience delivering sales growth and performance targets

A proactive, professional approach to promoting health, wellbeing, and inclusive fitness experiences
