First Team Soft Tissue Therapist
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sports & Medical Science team as First Team Soft Tissue Therapist.
Based at West Bromwich Albion F.C. Training Ground and reporting to the Director of Medical, the First Team Soft Tissue Therapist will be responsible for implementing an expert level of soft tissue delivery for all players to maximise recovery and promote readiness to perform. This includes the delivery of a wide range of evidence-based modalities to support World Class preparation and recovery from matchplay and training. Such activities include but are not limited to, ice baths, cryotherapy, stretching, mobilisation, and the organisation of soft-tissue therapies. Duties will also include a wide range of administrative and operational duties to support the multidisciplinary team such as the organisation of medical supplies for matchplay and training.
This post will enable the Medical and Sports Science Department to deliver a high-level of service provision to ensure all WBA F.C. players receive best practice strategies for elite performance.
