Finance Systems Administrator
Location: Home based with occassional travel (approx 1 x per month) to London/Colchester office
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £34k - £36k per annum, plus competitive benefits

About the job

We're looking for a Finance Systems Administrator to support and develop our finance systems, with a primary focus on Workday Finance.

Working with colleagues across Finance, Technology and external partners, you'll help maintain system performance, resolve issues, support reporting and testing, and identify opportunities to improve processes. This is a great opportunity to contribute to finance transformation while ensuring colleagues have the systems they need to work effectively.

About you

You'll enjoy solving problems, improving systems and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Minimum Essential Criteria

• Experience supporting finance or other business-critical systems.
• Understanding of finance processes and controls, or equivalent transferable knowledge.
• Experience resolving system issues and supporting users.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience of Workday Finance or another ERP finance system.
• Relevant finance systems, IT or accounting qualification.
• Experience supporting finance transformation, system implementations or continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of finance reporting, integrations or data management.
