Finance Manager Hours: 37.5 Salary: £48,800 per annum Location: Workington Head Office

We’re looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our mission and long-term sustainability. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of financial operations, influence strategic decision-making, and lead a dedicated finance team within a respected charity.

As Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of our organisation’s financial success. Reporting to the Director of Funding & Communications and working closely with senior leaders and Trustees, you will oversee all financial activities: providing insight, driving financial planning, and ensuring robust controls, high-quality reporting, full statutory compliance, and the organisation’s long-term financial sustainability.

Combining your technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills, you’ll also lead and develop a small finance team, working collaboratively across the organisation to promote strong financial understanding and support impactful projects and services.
