Join the LtL team as a flexible part-time Finance Manager managing charity finances, reporting, compliance and budgeting, supporting trustees and senior leadership with strategic insight.

- Location: Remote or Hybrid (either in our Eastleigh or Stirling office)
- Salary: £43,000 (pro-rata, actual £17,432)
- Hours: 15 hours/week – very flexible
- Contract: Permanent
- Closing date: 9am on Monday 11th May 2026
We are looking for a part-time Finance Manager to join our friendly team. The role can be remote or hybrid (based in either our Eastleigh or Stirling offices). It will be varied and involve: working closely with the senior management team to ensure smooth running of the trust; preparing monthly management accounts and quarterly VAT returns; compiling reports for trustees; managing the charity’s funds; maintaining and reviewing finance software and systems; assisting with funding applications; maintaining governance records; preparing year end file for auditors.
You will need:
- Experience of Sage 50 Accounts (including designing reports)
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or AAT level 4 qualified. Qualification by experience will be considered
- To be able to work independently and make the job your own
- Quick learner, logical thinker, numerically minded and reliable
- To be flexible according to the needs of the Trust
- Excellent Excel skills
