We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to play a key role within Awen Cultural Trust’s finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead day-to-day finance operations across the group, supporting venues, subsidiaries and outsourced clients with high quality financial management and reporting.
This is a varied and hands-on role, combining operational leadership with strategic support. You will oversee core finance processes including budgeting, payroll, VAT and month-end reporting, while working closely with managers and stakeholders to provide insight, challenge and guidance.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, solutions-focused professional with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, capable of delivering accurate, timely financial information and contributing to the continued development of a resilient and high performing finance function.
