The Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership to support Pure Innovations mission of enabling people with disabilities to access meaningful employment and have the opportunity to engage in meaningful activities that progress learning, build confidence and independence enabling them to lead the very best lives they can. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the postholder will ensure financial sustainability, robust governance, and effective stewardship of resources across the charity and its trading subsidiaries.
