1.  Job Summary

The  role  provides  financial  support  across  both  accounts  payable  and  general  accounting  activities
within  a  group  finance  function.  Responsibilities  include  processing  supplier  invoices,  managing
payment runs, reconciling statements, and supporting VAT returns, accruals, and prepayments. The
postholder also assists with sales invoicing, pensions, and balance sheet reconciliations. The position
requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Effective communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

3.  Main Responsibilities

•  Process supplier invoices/staff expenses, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the

accounting systems.

•  Ensure proper coding of invoices and adherence to company approval workflows.
•  Assist with preparation of payment runs and ad hoc payments.
•  Reconcile supplier statements monthly and follow up on outstanding items/supplier

queries daily.

•  Support Senior Accounts Assistants.
•  Other ad hoc duties as required by the Group Financial Controller or the Finance Team.
•  Bank account reconciliations and bank reporting.
•  Administration of Operations teams local expenditure processes – cash and card.
•  Administration of KL petty cash systems.
