or NVQ Level 2 in English and
Maths.

Desirable
•  Educated in a business or

accountancy related subject

•  Advanced Excel skills
•  Use of Sage programme and data

•  Use of HR and Payroll systems
•  Sales and Purchase Ledger
experience – checking and
processing of invoices.

Experience

•  Previous experience working

knowledge

within a Finance Administrative
role.

•  Experience with timesheets for pay

roll purposes.

•  Working as part of a team.

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, Teams).

•  Excellent communication skills.
•  Strong numerical skills with a high

degree of data accuracy.

•  Skilled in juggling multiple tasks

and prioritising effectively to meet
deadlines.

•  Capable of consistently following
service policies and procedures.
•  Capable of assessing information

accurately and providing
appropriate responses.
