Join our Core Team and support us to manage Chilypep’s project budgets!

Chilypep are looking for the right part-time candidate join our core team to provide high quality financial and administrative support to the Finance Manager alongside the wider Chilypep management team and project teams.

You will assist with all project budget monitoring, liaising with appropriate members of staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial information across the entire financial year.

This key role will be based in our Sheffield office in Southey (S5 8BB) but support the whole organisation across our two sites – Barnsley and Sheffield.

Reports to: Fundraising & Core Team manager

Contract type: Permanent (This post is secured until January 2029 with potential to be extended)

Location: 11 Southey Hill, Sheffield, S5 8BB

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Practical Requirements: Ability to work flexibly around needs of the organisation and young people.

Salary: Chilypep Scale 15: £26,815.77 to 16: £27,339.34

Pension: 8% Employer contribution
