Here at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose. We're looking for Support Workers to join our small, close-knit residential team in Seaton - one of Devon's most beautiful coastal towns, where the seafront is just minutes from the door.

Hours: Permanent, with contracts available for up to 37.5 hours per week

Pay: £13.00 per hour/£25,350 per annum FTE

Role: You'll be supporting six adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live full, independent lives; whether that's a morning stroll along the seafront, a trip to a favourite café, or a day out exploring the Devon countryside.

Experience: Full training is provided, so no previous experience is needed - just the right values and a genuine desire to make a difference.

  • Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning
  • Personal care and hygiene
