We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to join our growing team in Falkirk and the surrounding areas.
Due to the nature of the role, this position is open to female applicants only (in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010).
Where You’ll Work
You should live in, or be able to travel across:
- Falkirk
- Braes
- Denny
- Grangemouth
- Bo’ness
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as you’ll be travelling between service users’ homes.

We offer structured shift patterns to suit your lifestyle:
Pattern 1: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
- Full-Time:
- 7:00am–1:30pm & 3:30pm–9:30pm
- OR 7:00am–2:00pm & 2:00pm–9:00pm
- Part-Time: Morning or evening shifts available
Pattern 2: 2-Week Rolling Rota
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Includes alternate weekends off
- Full-Time & Part-Time options available
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live safely and comfortably at home. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Supporting with personal care and hygiene
- Preparing and serving meals
- Medication prompts and administration
- Catheter care
- Providing companionship and emotional support

You don’t need previous care experience — we provide full training. What matters most is your attitude and values.
We’re looking for people who are:
- Warm, caring, and compassionate
- Reliable and well-organised
- Confident communicators (spoken and written English)
- Committed to high standards of care
- Able to work a rota, including alternate weekends
- Drivers with access to a vehicle
This role involves regulated work with vulnerable adults and will require a PVG check under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
