We are seeking a friendly Support Worker to join our Registered Service in Cardiff. Where you will be committed to supporting autistic people to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. Our Support Workers focus on encouraging health and well-being and the people we support are at the heart of everything we do!

More about the role
The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals. Our service in Cardiff supports 1 person, who enjoys social activities such as concerts and events. The person supported at this service is looking for a support worker who shares their hobbies and interests which include;
- Attending social activities such as concerts
- Learning new skills
- Arts and Crafts
- Being a part of the local community
