We’re on the lookout for a Female Support Worker to join our lovely team at Abbeyhill, right in the heart of Edinburgh. You’ll be helping 4 fantastic people (3 fabulous ladies and 1 charming gent) who live in two cosy, connected flats.

What you’ll be doing:
- Helping with medication
- Cooking and keeping the home running smoothly
- Supporting personal goals and social activities
- Assisting with mobility (hoist training provided!)
The details:
- Flexible shifts between Monday–Sunday - we are looking for someone to predominantly work days, with occasional waking nights
- 7am–9:30pm
- 7am–2:30pm
- 2pm–9:30pm
- 9.30pm - 7.30am (waking nights)

We are passionate about our people and every year we invest heavily in our front-line worker pay, in line with the Living Wage increase each April. This means that from 1st April 2026, our payrate for this role will be increasing to £13.86 per hour
