Salary: £29,500 - £33,000 per annum - The normal starting salary for this role is £29,500. A higher starting salary may be offered to candidates who have significant and demonstrable skills and experience required for this post. Location: Test Valley Hours: Staffed 9 am-5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Staff will provide an on-call out-of-hours service, on a rota basis, including weekends. Contract: Permanent MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB To provide support to the Head of Refuge in managing all aspects of Finding freedom from abuse’s services and projects, including delivery of dispersed/move on properties, liaison with sub-contractors/partners, completion of monitoring and evaluation and identification of unmet/additional needs of clients To provide support to develop and maintain a high-quality professional service. To support and enable clients with practical and emotional support, including financial, legal, social, emotional, parenting, housing and further education through an outcome-focused support planning process. The post-holder will work to empower and support women, children, young people and men affected by domestic abuse. To participate in the delivery of the on-call out-of-hours service on a rota basis The postholder must have a driving license and access to a car for work purposes, as these roles cover multiple sites.
