Community IDVA – Person Specification
- Hours:37 hours per week (full time).
- Salary:£28,793.
- Contract:Fixed term until March 2028 (with the potential to extend subject to funding).

As a Community IDVA, you will join a welcoming, supporting IDVA team helping victim-survivors of domestic abuse in Leeds. You’ll work with survivors one-on-one in a demanding and busy environment providing:
- Crisis support,
- Safety planning,
- Information,
- Continuous risk assessment,
- Ongoing emotional support,
- And ongoing practical support.
We’re looking for someone committed to reducing risk for vulnerable people and their children, able to manage a diverse caseload, and contribute to our inclusive organisation.
