Jasmine Mother & Child is a specialist, CQC-regulated and Ofsted-registered residential family centre providing comprehensive parenting assessments for mothers with substance use histories, often rooted in complex trauma.
This is a chance to join our Bank team that combines 24/7 on-site care, therapeutic support, and structured assessment, all delivered in a trauma-informed, child-centred environment.

We are looking for candidates with experience in support work, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a great team ethic and the ability to work well under pressure who are committed to working from a trauma informed perceptive.
- Do you hold an NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Residential Child and Family Support or
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce (England) (Social Care)
- Are you passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for children and their families?
- Do you want the opportunity to work closely with a committed team to support mothers with complex and multiple needs?
- Are you able to listen empathically and work together with mothers to problem solve and find solutions?
- Do you have the skills and experience to support and nurture parenting skills for women with their children?
- Do you have a comprehensive understanding of women’s trauma and commitment to trauma informed practice?
