Exeter Community Initiatives’ Family Resource project is a person centred and trauma-informed service which offers support to families – working with parents and young people to get services, support and new skills in place to create happier, healthier homes.
About the role
We are looking for someone with the skills to join our team of Family Support Workers. We are seeking a team member based in Cornwall and therefore this role will involve travelling and working from home. You will be trauma-informed, conscientious and pro-active and confident to work with adults and children face to face and online. This is an exciting, varied and responsible role, working with people with a range of needs. You must uphold good safeguarding practice, be committed to social inclusion, and be able to liaise with professionals from a range of other agencies.

- Location:Cornwall
- Salary:£27,315 salary (£6,599.15 pro-rata)
- Hours:10 hours per week, term time only
- Contract:Fixed term until 31 March 2028
