Family Support Coordinator
LifeLine exists to build communities where children and families don’t just get by—they truly thrive. Yet more and more parents are facing isolation, without the support networks they need, and as a result, many young children are struggling to get the best start in life.
This role is a chance to change that.
As a Family Support Coordinator, you will be at the heart of early intervention—championing early childhood development, nurturing school readiness, and empowering parents to grow in confidence and resilience. You’ll walk alongside families, offering practical support, advocacy, and encouragement, while helping them reconnect with their local community and rediscover a sense of belonging.
Lifeline Projects is looking for someone passionate about making a lasting difference in the earliest, most formative years of a child’s life. Working with families of children under five, you will help create safe, nurturing, and stimulating home environments—giving children the strong foundations they need to flourish, both now and in the future.
